Rody's Kopa
We believe Rody’s Kopa is the new guacamole! Versatile, and delicious, it pairs well with our Baked Pita Chips but can also promote your existing products. It’s amazing on a burger and adds color to a simple dish of chicken or fish. Your clients will love it.
The name Kopa is a shortened version of Kopanisti. Translated it means "pounded" which is how it’s smooth and creamy texture is achieved. If you have been to Greece you might have seen a version of Kopa in seafood tavernas served alongside fish or meat kebobs.
Rody’s Kopa, a slow roasted red pepper and feta appetizer-dip is high in fiber and protein with half the calories of sour cream based dips. It comes in a no fuss, just open and eat container, must be kept in the refrigerated section and has a thirty-day shelf life.
